    The MSP is not an AVR; all configuration settings can simply be changed by your firmware.
    (There is only a single fuse to disable JTAG accesses, and it cannot be reset.)

    Why are you asking about the F2101? If you want to learn, you should start with one of the LaunchPad boards, and with Energia.
