I am wondering whats happening with the ez430-chronos-433, I ordered this product back in april, and hence have an order number for the old ti-estore, as the product was not ready at that time it became a back order which it has been ever since, unforunately when you moved to the single login system you removed the ability to check the status of old orders which this has become and hence i am no longer able to check its status, as it does not come up in my order history in the new ti-estore. therefore i am wondering how i can add this order to my new estore so i can monitor the status, (This question has also been asked on the google groups for the chronos and doesn't appear to have been answered)
After the chronoswiki stated that the version i am looking at aka the 433 version was available in the ti estore which was changed on the 7th of september I didn't receive any email saying this item had shipped nor did i receive the item so i emailed ti support who stated that the kit was at least another 2 months away. Therefore i am wondering when is this kit going to be available as it appears digikey has 23 of them in stock and at the same price as you are offering them for?
Also i am disappointed in the lack of information i have received from TI in this case, including the continuous delays of when it will be shipped and no notification to the email address from which i back ordered this product, i have only learnt of these delays from looking at the chronoswiki and by emailing your ti support which is generally less than useful.
If this product is 2 months away like i have been indicated, how do i go about getting a refund as it seems i would be better off just ordering one of the ones available from digikey.
