CCS/MSP430FR4133: want to implement Delay using Timer

depends which operation mode you use of the timer.

Up Mode counts to TACCR0 but continous mode always counts to 0xFFFF.
Following code will toggle the LED via the TA0CCR0 value so changing the 50000 to a lower value will make the LED blink faster.
