Compiler/MSP430F5335: Is it possible to run some code after WDT reset

If WDT times out, is it possible to run some code and to writ some debug information to FLASH memory?  If yes, how do you enable the SYSRSTIV.  I added the ISR, but the uC does not seem to run it...

    Hello Silver,

    no, it is not possible to execute code after the WDT times out as the WDT module automatically causes a reset when in its normal mode. Now, you can change the WDT to just cause an interrupt, effectively making the WDT just a normal timer. In this ISR you could do whatever you wanted then reset the device manually. Please see the WDT section of the user for more information about its different modes.
