MSP430FR2311: measure the power consumption of LMP3

Hello

I'd like to measure the power consumption when MSP430FR2311 is in LMP3.

I expect it's about 1.16uA from this data sheet.

I'm using MSP430FR2311 LaunchPad,

and CCSv7 and sample code "msp430fr231x_eCOMP_01.c" of MSP430FR231x Code Examples.

I measured the power using EnergyTrace of CCS, but the result is far from my expectation.
The Current was about 0.1570mA (157uA).

Can you tell me what is wrong?

I followed the "3.1.2 Power Measurement" in this doc.
