CCS/MSP430F6659: msp430f6659 restart and hang issue

I am using 16.384 Mhz crystal ... when i am operation at this clk MCU got hangup and show such error mentioned below.

No source available for "0x4"

No source available for "0x33ffe"

and also sometimes it will restart.

now if i divide clk by 2 than its working perfectly. what should i do?

Maybe it is related to Vcore level / capacitor

Vcore level is set.

which capacitor? can you explain....

capacitor on device vcore pin (470nF)
