I'm considering to use MSP432 for my research.
I have a confustion about ADC size.
In ref. manual it has 14 bit.
However, in datasheet and the other website such as Digi-Key say it has 16 bit.
Which one is correct?

The precision ADC is a 14-bit ADC, but the ENOB (equivalent number of bits), which is a reflection of internal noise & distortion, is so low that a 16-bit conversion can be performed using oversampling.
