msp430f5436a: RTC3 errata workaround library?

In slaz286w, errata for the F5436A device, there is RTC3 advisory which states:

I am having trouble finding these "RTC library routines."  They do not appears to be part of the code examples, as the two examples for RTC don't seem to be doing anything special.  I've also looked in MSP430Ware 3.60.00.10  I don't find anything called "RTC_Workaround.zip" anywhere.

Can someone advise?
