Hello,

I have been trying to develop my own security system with CC430F5137 development board. My problem is I have an 868MHz PIR sensor but I can't read data from the sensor. I'm working on SmartRF Studio 7. I wonder that is it possible? or should I design my own sensor?

The PIR sensor is transmitting data wirelessly? if so, do you know the format of the data?

Hello,

Yes it is a wireless sensor. I know its frequency 868MHz and its modulation ASK. What should I know more? And can I detect the RF parameters of the sensor with SmartRF Studio?

No, SmartRF studio cannot guess the dataformat, you will need to know it. There is not good way to guess the format, I recommend that you contact the manufactures and ask them if they will disclose the format.
