MSP-EXP430FR5739: - FRAM_GUI is not detecting the board

Hi,

I have recently purchased MSP-EXP430FR5739 evaluation board. Currently I am trying to run FRAM_GUI.exe as per user guide.

Firstly, I install drivers from "www.ti.com/lit/zip/slac492". So my PC can detect the board as below.

Secondly, I try to run "FRAM_GUI.exe" and following error pop up.

So I download and installed latest java available for today.

Then, I can now open "FRAM_GUI.exe" as below and the program is looking for the board.

The way i can know is that, the dots which i indicated with red arrow in below picture is blinking.

However, once i connect the board via USB, the dots, stop moving and program just stay there.

Any suggestion how should i proceed? I tried pressing S1, S2 and rest on the board while connecting with "FRAM_GUI.exe" running, but nothing happen ? I waited for like 5 to 10 mins, still nothing happen.
