MSP430FR5738: any restrictions on varying the VCC while running?

Part Number: MSP430FR5738

Hi,

my customer plans to use FR5738 and operate a motor from the same supply rail. Customer is wondering if the varying supply voltage due to variable motor load will have any influence on FR5738 operation.

Note that we found some remarks regarding BOR occuring with fast VCC changes e.g. for FR5969 in its datasheet. We couldn't find anything similar for FR5738, but wanted to double check if we need to keep the changes within certain limits. It is absolutely clear that even with changes of the supply, the recommended operating conditions must be met at all times.

Best regards,
Phil
