Instead of posting the whole code base, it would have been simpler looking for the BLE project in the BLE Plugin SDK

These examples serve as template and require you to first check which example closely meets your requirements and then modify the firmware.

It is perfectly fine if a function is not working as expected and we can help with the same, but not that we have to get it to work when the original owner of the code has not done any work on it.
