MSP430FR5994: verify leakage current and ADC offset

Part Number: MSP430FR5994

1) MSP430FR5994 datasheet defines max digital I/O leakage of +/- 20 nA, tryinf to verify this using MSP-EX430FR5994 eval kit but getting 90 nA instead.  Is this because I am using multi-function pins that have analog components (even though pin configured as digital I/O)?  I would like to know this before building a board.  I need to be able to verify/quantify max leakage across this multipurpose pins and confirm that the leakage would go down to +/- 20 nA if I only use digital I/O pins on my design.

2) while experimenting, we measured ADC_12 pins and noticed that there was a DC offset  coming from the MSP430 if we didn’t use a strong enough resistor to connect the voltage appropriately. We are using the internal VREF of 2.5V and tried to measure a voltage of 0.72V via a 100K resistor. The resistor side closest to the MSP430 was reading 0.8V.  Is this DC offset normal (sounds a bit high)?  Can we use the ADC offset information on the device descriptor to account for this in our software if needed?

Thank you in advance

Juan
