Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP-EXP430FR5969, TIDM-1WIREEEPROM
Hi all,
I am evaluating the TIDM-1WIREEEPROM Software on a MSP-EXP430FR5969, using as Master the OneWireViewer desktop software from Maxim and the DS9490R interface (USB - 1Wire RJ11 interface), also I am using a Saleae logic 16 Pro to acquire the transaction on the bus.
The board is configured for a self-powered solution and it'is directly connected on P1.2 and ground to the OW_DATA and OW_GND of the interface.
The problem is....I can't see the memory on the bus.
Logging with the Logic Pro I noticed that the OW_DATA after the first HIGH_TO_LOW transition remains LOW, even going into debug ( I know not a smart idea since the LPMs), the value read from the bus is always the same.
my questions are:
1) there is any kind of SW flags or compiler options to flag in addtion to the defines for SELF or PARASSITIC power ?
2) Since the FW has been tested with a TIVA and in the application is stated that a pull-up is required 270 to 2200 Ohm, could it be possible that the pull-up embedded in the DS9490R is not enough ?
Sorry for the long post
Thanks
Giorgio
