Dear Sirs:

Could I get MSP430F4794 thermal parameter such as RθJA RθJC and so on. We check no this parameter in datasheet, we demand the part can work at 45°C or higher, thanks.

Hi,

the part is specified to work between -40°C and 85°C.

Please have a look in data sheet on page 24, table recommended operating conditions, parameter: Operating free-air temperature range. http://www.ti.com/lit/slas545
