CCS/MSP432P401M: Error Connection to the Target (Error -615@0x0)

Hello. During starting Debug Session is one Target Board Connection Error comming(Error -615@0x0). Before this Error comming: 1. I want Debug mein CustomerBoard and  power supply was dropped down during download  source code in the target(Customer Board).

What ca be done to "repeare" the Customer  Board? PC reboot is already tryed - not helped. Lanchpad Eval. Board changed - not helped.

I debug Customer Board over JATAG with using MSP432P401R Launchpad (red) Evaluation Board. Customer Board and MSP432P401R are connected over JATAG Cable. MSP432P401 Evaluation Board connected to PC over USB Cable. in Attachment Error Message.
