MSP430I2041: SD24 Convertion results

Hi,

i am learning how to use the SD24 module of MSP430i2041, i am using the  Single Conversion on a Single Channel, Poll IFG Code that is in MSPware  as example and i have modified it to add the LSB, i get the MSB and the LSB then they are concatenated, once i have this result how do i convert it to volts? , the output is 2's complement.
