MSP430FR2433: MSP430FR2433IRGER pin1 defined for QFN package

Hello Team,

For MSP430FR2433IRGER "QFN" package pin 1 defined, we can't find in datasheet.

Please add MSP430FR2433IRGER device’s QFN pin 1 dot location on T & R information into datasheet and update in web datasheet too.

According to EIA-810 spec. Square or Rectangle QFN/WCAP pin 1 dot location in T & R can applied, if they are same pin type.

But MSP430FR2433IRGER datasheet has no definite this device’s pin 1 dot location, I think it’s need to correct/add into its datasheet.

Hi Dennis,

you describe this device’s pin 1 indicator in its back side.
But IEC want us to add this device’s pin 1 orientation in T & R information into below table.
There is no this device’s pin 1 orientation in this table as the same as MSP430FR2433IYQWR.

Hi Daisy,

I have a response from the product engineer in China. He indicated that the information in the datasheet (shown below) is clearly indicating to a customer which quadrant in pin#1 location. He is not aware of any other customer with this problem, as this is standard for other datasheets in EP and Analog business units.
