CCS/MSP432P401R: Speech to Text

I am working with Voice Detection Software using the MSP432P401R along with BOOSTXL-AUDIO and KENTEC Touch display. Is there any way to be able to output the phrase or word I am saying as Text from the KENTEC display.

Hello Esteban,

Are you wanting to transcribe any text you say on the display? This plugin does not have that kind of capability.

Or are you looking to print the keywords?

How would i print the keywords?

Also, if you know of modules that will transcribe speech directly to text it would be greatly appreciated

Hi Esteban,

ad 1) I will check grlib later, probably tomorrow
ad 2) for a true speech recognition you need, lets say, 1000x more CPU and RAM, storage, resources than you have on MSP432 LaunchPad

You can modify the string that is printed to the LCD by changing the following arrays.

enroll_menu.c:

/* Enroll menu defined */
static char const * const enrollItems[] =
{
    "Menu Up",
    "Word1",
    "Word2",
    "Word3",
    "Word4",
    "Word5",
    "Word6",
    "Word7",
    "Word8"
};

update_menu.c:

/* Update menu defined */
static char const * const updateItems[] =
{
    "Menu Up",
    "Word1",
    "Word2",
    "Word3",
    "Word4",
    "Word5",
    "Word6",
    "Word7",
    "Word8"
};

delete_menu.c:

/* Delete menu defined */
