my watch is missing some functions. how to solve?

Hi,

I have an eZ430-Chronos-868. I'm very happy with my watch but there are a few problems I don't understand or is wrong.

On the top LCD menu, there should be the time, alarm, temperature, altitude and optional heart rate and speed. My watch only has the functions time and temperature.

On the bottom LCD menu, there should be the date, stopwatch, battery RF Tilt Control, PPT Control, RF Sync and optional distance calories. My watch only has the functions date, stopwatch, and battery.

Can somebody give me some advice to understand the watch or tell me how to solve this problem?

    Hi Tim,

    can you tell me if you are still using the eZ430-Chronos demo software or if you already started developing your own code on it?

    If it's your own code you might try to go back to using the demo software and see if the menu contains all the different modes that should be available.

    In both scenarios - did you already take a look at the eZ430-Chronos Development Tool User's Guide?

    It could be a good starting point to troubleshoot what's wrong. It also gives a hint on how to switch between the different modes, maybe this can help you as well.

    Besides, you can also take a look at the EZ430-Chronos wiki, which also links to open source projects and other useful documentation.
