CCS/MSP430FR2633: CapTIvate, setting run at 1MHz

Hi Experts,

We would like to run FR2633 at 1MHz. I simply modified below macro as below but not works well.

CapTIvateDesignCenter_1.60.00.00

CAPTIVATE-BSWP Demo program

CCS 7.3

CAPTIVATE EVM

Could you please advice us?

From hardware design, SMCLK is always <= MCLK.

Hi Ling,

The sample code for CapTIvate is below.

/CAPT_BSP.c

CS_initClockSignal(CS_MCLK, CS_DCOCLKDIV_SELECT, CS_CLOCK_DIVIDER_1);

CS_initClockSignal(CS_SMCLK, CS_DCOCLKDIV_SELECT, CS_CLOCK_DIVIDER_4);

So as a default, SMCLK is always set to one of forth of MCLK.

Now I modified as below.

CS_initClockSignal(CS_SMCLK, CS_DCOCLKDIV_SELECT, CS_CLOCK_DIVIDER_2);

MCLK is 1MHz and SMCLK is 500KHz then CapTIvate application started to detect the touch.

If you know any limitation about min SMCLK for CapTIvate, please let me know.
