hi,

I have the EVM430-FR6047 , installed the US Design Center, I want to know how to calculate the "meter constant ".

In the help document,volumeScaleFactor is Volume scale factor (Area x Length) length^3. I don't understand still, please explain detailed, thanks.

Here are some description about the meter constant:
Meter constant: constant used to calculate volume flow rate as a function of the ToF and the area of a
given meter, as described in Equation 4.
v = L 2 × 1 T 12 – 1 T 21 = L 2 × T 21 - T 12 T 21 T 12 = L 2 × Δ T T 21 T 12
(For more information you can refer to the TIDM-1019 in www.ti.com/.../tidm-1019
A typical procedure to calculate this constant is to provide a
constant flow (for example, 200 LPH or 1 GPM)

what is the unit of the parameter？I don't find the example in the TIDM-1019 . I want the unit of final volume flow rate is LPH.

You can refer to this document(www.ti.com/.../slaa837.pdf) too.(In the number 12 ) for the unit you can use the dm for the length, second for first and calculate to hour later.
