We have had the same partnumber with another symbols.

Is it time? = 751 hours?

Hi Paolo,

Die run refers to the wafer lot. If the same part number has different die run numbers, it means they came from two different wafers, from two different wafer lots.

The number isn’t indicative of the time, it is a number assigned by the FAB to identify the wafer lot.
