CCS/MSP-EXP430G2: Cannot GET /apps/temperature-demo/index.html

Hello,

I installed the latest CCS (as of 2018.06.09 : 8.0.0.00016) as well as all updates.

In Resource Explorer, while trying to open the base Temperature Monitoring Demo* I get the error message:

Cannot GET /apps/temperature-demo/index.html

Any idea how to solve this?

Hi Cedric,

thanks for reporting this issue! I've reproduced this and reported it internally so that our experts can fix this or indicate an appropriate workaround.
I'll come back to you as soon as I have more information from my colleagues.

Hi Cedric,

the Temperature Monitoring Demo has originally used an old GUI format which is no longer part of the MSPWare. We're right now working on updating it and it will we newly released around August on https://dev.ti.com/gallery/.

Hopefully this timeframe still works for you.

Hi Cedric,

also note that we'll soon launch a new revision of the MSP430G2 launchpad which supports USB 3.0. That launchpad will also have an updated GUI which is very much alike to the older version.
Stay tuned for it.
