MSP430F47177: SD16_A : Conversion trigger by DMAE0

I think that DMAE0 port cannot be a trigger source for SD16_A.

Is that right?

    As near as I can tell only the SD16SC bit can be used to start a SD16_A conversion (sequence). It is (in general) possible to use DMAE0 to trigger a DMA into a peripheral register, which might be effective (setting SC bit, e.g.) to start a conversion.

    I've done something like this, but not with the F47177/SD16, so you'd have to work out the details. (There may also be some subtle reason why it can't work in your particular case, but it's worth a look.)
