RTOS/MSP430FR6989: Issue found when creating MSP430 TI-RTOS example in IAR

Hi Champs,

My customer wants to use MSp430 TI-RTOS in IAR. They follows the instructions in the following link step by step.

But when they tried to import a TI-RTOS example into an IAR project, an error appeared in step 15 as follows, which means cannot find the path of tirtosplugins.dll. They checked and found the exact .dll file was there.

Would you kindly help to check this issue?

Young,
the first thing to try is to install IAR EW to a path without whitespaces. Also, what's the translation for the part of the error message displayed in Chinese?

Hi Sasha,

The translation is "Cannot find the specified program".

I will check with customer about this point.

Hi Todd,
Customer installed TI-RTOS on his personal PC, which didn't have encryption software. And it works.
So customer was checking the cause from PC side. This thread can be closed.
