Hi Champs,

My customer is evaluating USB to RS485 bridge using F5510. And their PC system is Red Hat, which is Linux OS. Do we have Linux USB driver for MSP430?

Hi,

have you checked the MSP430 USB Developers Package? It is available on multiple platforms.

This package is also available as part of MSPWARE.

Hi Andre,
What I mean is Linux side driver for MSP430 USB, just like windows' .inf files. Would you kindly help to check?

CDC device will be automatically enumerated by Linux, without asking for any driver / file. Same is with Windows 10 (OS will not ask for inf file).
