MSP432P401R: Layout guide and example for the BGA package

Part Number: MSP432P401R

Champs,

For some reason, one of our key customer has to use BGA package (MSP432P401RIZXH).

Because the ball pitch is small to them, do we have any layout design guideline or example for them?

For example, it's hard for them to use VIA in pins.

Do you have any suggestion?

Chris,

The customer has looked into the app note you showed.

However, they are still concerned the space is not enough for the smallest VIA they can use.

Do you have any Gerber example file for us on this package?

On page 11, it shows the following guidance for the via size:

I will work with my colleague to provide gerbers, but can you help me understand what additional information does the gerber provide?

The customer is thinking if they can use another package and there are non-technical concerns behind.
