i want to upload hex file on the controller using this tool. i need utility software for this tool so that directly i can upload the hex file on my target device. i am using the 2 wire JTAG protocol.

please have a look at TI's UNIFLASH tool. www.ti.com/.../uniflash
This software is free and can be used to program TI's micro controller and mmWave sensors.
