We are using the micro controller part# msp432e401y to manage the ethernet switch part# KSZ8863MLL for one of our FANTRAY application.

The block diagram of the FAN Tray controller card has been attached for your reference.

Please let us know the design feasibility of the same.

    Jainendra,
    I don't think this would work. It looks like you're proposing to make a direct MII -to-MII connection between the KSZ8863MLL device and the MSP432E4. The MII connection is designed to connect to a PHY not another MII.
