need help to select low cost MCU

Hi,

I have a requirement of MCU in one of my project.

Specs are as below:-

GPIO – 17

Pin – 20 to 24

Memory type – Non Volatile

Complimentary pin for using 2 PWM

ADC – 5

Uart -1

Memory – 32KB

RAM – 4 KB

Please help to select suitable part for these specs.
