    My observation: Not all "hirel" components meet Military ([-55,+125]C) temperature grade. I had to check each of my candidates in succession.

    Since you're asking in the MSP430 Forum, I'll mention that the MSP430F2619 has a Military variant. It's an older (alternatively: "mature") device, but has a fair amount of capacity. There may be newer candidates, but you'll have to look for yourself.
