besides the option that Tomasz suggested we also provide the CAD symbols for some of our parts in the Quality tab on the Product Page.

Unfortunately we don't provide it for the part you're looking for yet. You can request it though following the link to Webench on the above mentioned page.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to send a request for the MSP430F67791AIPZ package.
Though I have found alternative part with PZ package, which customer were asking with CAD files available on TI website.
