    the devices above reside in totally different classes of devices. Please have a look at the according product folders (those are linked in your post above, see screenshots below).

    You'll need to review your application and then review the two products to understand what your application requires with regards to performance, memory size, temperature range, core architecture, integrated peripherals, power consumption, price, etc.
