What are you going to do with this TLV serial number?

Only first 4 bytes of  TLV is not unique, and you have to add Die X position and Die Y position data.

I am using the same code to access the serial number for USB communication as here: usb.c - TI E2E Community - Texas Instrumentshttps://e2e.ti.com/cfs-file/__key/communityserver.../usb.c.

I successfully get a serial number that is the same as when I plug it in my computer with USB and read the Serial Number there, with the format: "B502B06F05001200". I noticed that the last numbers did not change much between devices.

I then would like to take the first 4 bytes of this to use as header ID in the RF wireless communication (LoRa).

Hi Thibault,

As you can see in the TLV table. First 4 bytes only include Wafer ID information. Which means all the die on that wafer will have the same value.
