CCS/MSP430F4152: msp430f4152

Hello, 

 I want a delay of  0.5 sec (in msp430f4152).

But I do not want to use timer.

My crystal connection is 32768 Hz.

can I use the in build code "_delay_cycle ()"  for mspf4152.

If so how much value I have to take (with 32 k connection).

Or else is there any other way I can find the delay calculaton.
