MSP430FR5964: How to programmatically recognize uC affected by ADC67 errata note

Hello,

MSP430FR5964 has ADC67 errata note, which concerns incorrect TLV calibration values for internal temperature sensor. Devices from 87XXXXX lot trace code are not affected by this issue. It is possible to recognize in program, if device is affected or not? 

TLV in device description table has 4 byte long Die Record->Lot/Wafer ID field. It is possible to use this value to distinguish processors with correct calibration values from bad ones? How to convert this number into LOT code printed on device?
