Variation of the MSP430F5528 ADC power consumption

In measuring current  when running one ADC channel at 200 khz on a MSP430F5528 we saw a worst case min to max variation of 56 uA among 20 processors. What should we expect for this variation? We will need to know this for battery lifetime estimates.
