Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430FR2433,
I am trying to select between an MSP430G2453 and an MSP430FR2433.
The FR part lists FRAM data retention as:
100 years @ 25 deg. C
40 years @ 70 deg. C
10 years @ 85 deg. C
The G part only list Flash data retention at 25 deg. C.
100 years @ 25 deg. C
I wanted to ask the following. What is the Flash data retention for the G part at 70 and 85 deg. C?
SLAA392A leads me to believe that these data retention specs can be skewed by the accelerated test temperature that is used. So therefore, maybe the following is a better question to ask. Which part would be expected to have a better data retention, and how significant is the difference.
