Hi All

Happy New Year.

Now I am testing MSP430FR5994 launchpad now. I tested the ADC in chip only 8~9bit.I think this may be wrong.Could you give a MSP430FR5994 ADC in chip accuracy test report ？Thanks a lot.

What's your test condition?(Reference, source and so on)

We do have the linearity parameters and dynamic performance with internal or external reference in the datasheet.

we used STM32L071 before，we want to change to MSP430FR5969 ，if you can supply the ADC test reports for 5969 ADC in chip，we can promote to change the MCU .Thanks a lot.

I have asked to the test team and it seems we don't have that test report. But I can ask the marketing to see if any resources.
