I have MSP430FR6989 launchpad,but i want this to be used for MSP430FR2522 will it support?

Do you have in mind to program with FR2522 with the FR6989 Launchpad? If so, I believe the answer is yes.

All "recent" (2-3 years) Launchpads have an upgradeable "eZ-FET" which can program pretty much any MSP430. I haven't tried all the combinations, but I've tried many of them.
