CCS/EVM430-FR6047: Code for water flow measurement

Thanks for your post and your interest in our flow measurement solution. Have you had a chance to check out the MSP430 MCUs Ultrasonic Sensing Design Center (MSP-ULTRASONIC-DESIGN-CENTER) yet? I would also recommend checking out the resources under the Technical Documents and Software sections on the EVM430-FR6047 product folder (<--- just click the linked EVM part number). Hi James,

I did install the latest version of Ultrasonic Sensing Design Center(USS_02_20_00_15) and tried connecting it with EVM430-FR6047(Rev.A) but unfortunately it shows HID bridge connected-waiting for device with errors.

I am attaching the screenshot of the same.

Could i get some help?

Hello,

It sounds like you're not using the correct application firmware on the EVM430-FR6047 to work with the GUI. Also, please check your jumper and switch settings. Please read through the following threads for more details.

Hi James,

This issue occurs only when i use the new revision of the application firmware(UltrasonicWaterFR604x 02_20_00_04).

If i use the previous version of demo code (UltrasonicWaterFR604x02_10_00_07),i can connect the evaluation module to the USS app successfully.

Does that mean that the new application firmware cannot be used for EVM430-FR6047(Rev.A) ?

I did check the jumpers and switch as well.
