    Hi Uchikoshi,

    I wasn't able to find explicit MODCLK current consumption data, but I found ADC current consumption numbers that may be helpful.

    Since MODCLK is only used for the ADC and has a maximum frequency of 5MHz, I believe that this spec is showing the current consumption of the ADC with the MODCLK used as the clock source at 5MHz.
