I want to generate 2.4kHz clock with using this microcontroller with 50% duty cycle.
I wanted to evaluate if its internal frequency will remains stable and will my controller give constant 2.400 kHz clock after 5 years also?

The stability of the internal frequency will be based upon the specifications detailed in the device's datasheet ( SLASE58D )

As far as stability over time, that will be determined by the device's quality specification given on the device's landing page: http://www.ti.com/product/MSP430FR2311/pinout-quality
You will want to view the DPPM / MTBF / and FIT rate for the specific package you plan to incorporate in your design.
