I see both Monza and LM75a just use the I2C interface, so the MSP430 can't communicate with the two devices at the same time but it can communicate at different time. The two devices can share the I2C bus with different slave address.

but if we want microcontroller to interface at a same time interface with both ( temperature sensor and rfid tag chip) can you suggest for aurdino uno controller will it be helpfull

LM74 will use SPI interface and monza x 2k Dura using I2c interface ..

so at a time interfacing can be possible ?

but MSP430 faimly will not provide both interface at a time ..so going for aurdino uno controller can be the good option?

Why do you need interface two devices at the same time? The time slot is very small when you communicate with one device after the other,if you run the I2C clock with high speed.You know the temperature normally changes slowly, so the sample rate is not necessary too high. If you have to do that choose a device that have two I2C interface will be work.
