Does MSPFET have memory (RAM or flash), and if so, how much?

Yes, the MSP-FET uses an MSP430 inside of it, but no other memory that I am aware of. Are you trying to update the firmware on your MSP-FET? Typically, this is done through the IDE(CCS, IAR, etc). If you try to flash a device using the MSP-FET and the MSP-FET firmware is outdated, it will prompt you to update the MSP-FET before flashing the MSP430 device.

Thanks Eddie. I am just trying to fill out a bureaucracy-related form and needed to know how much flash/RAM exists in the MSPFET. Do you have sizes for the memory of the particular version of MSP430 inside the MSPFET?
