MSP430FR2355: Stability over spec'd temp range

Hi,

Is there any information on stability of the SAC-L3, OA, ADC and DAC portions of the device, over their specified operating temperature range?

Any help or guidance on this would be much appreciated

Will their be an enhaced product or hi rel version of the 2355 that will work above standard spec?

Calex,

The MSP430FR2355 already has an extended temperature range and is capable of up to 105C operation.

What detailed spec are you looking for?
