Hello,

Can USB and I2C be routed on same trace of "MSP432P401RIRGCR" on pin49 (SDA & D+) and pin50 (SCL & D-) ?

The MSP432P401R device does not support USB. Are you asking if the voltage levels are compatible? The pullups on the I2C will most likely impact the signal integrity of the USB.
