Hi,
I have problem with the hardware connection between Light sensor(I2C) and BQ40Z50 (SMBUS).Because I am using P1.4/P1.5 two-wire interface on the MSP430F5172, The MSP470 was used as a I2C host control bus to access two device (Light sensor(I2C) and Gauge IC BQ27742(I2C) Device) , Recently,I've decided to change BQ27742 for the upcoming UL standard 62368, but BQ40Z50 doesn't support I2C (SMBUS).
Can the MSP430 coexist with Light sensor(I2C) and BQ40Z50 (SMBUS) on the same I2C (P1.4/P1.5) ?
