In which usage fields (automotive, etc.) the CapTIvate MSP430 family is mostly used? Among these, are there also applications assigned to a safety integrity level (SIL)?

    Hi Ralph,

    MSP430 MCUs with CapTIvate are used in applications from industrial to appliances to personal electronics and more. Obviously any application with an HMI input.

    For applications in the automotive, medical, aerospace, etc. it is up to the customer to qualify these devices for their applications.
